Anissa has three young children at home and a husband who has taken a leave of absence from his work to care for Anissa as she recovers. As you can understand, medical and household costs are soaring.

My friends and I at Aiming Low are hosting Shop for Anissa on December 10th to help raise money for the Mayhew family. Naturally, Good for the Kids will be participating along with an astonishing number of other stores online. I encourage you to shop at any of the stores who are generously donating to the Hope for Anissa fund.

Good for the Kids will be donating 20% of total sales from the “Play” category (toys and arts & crafts) to Help 4 Anissa.

I will not be able to walk in my local March of Dimes March for Babies due to a family wedding, so I want to show my support and condolences by donating the proceeds of a portion of the sales at Good for the Kids.  It’s the least I can do as a children’s product store – show support for needy babies.
