Placing an Order
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First-time customers can register with Good for the Kids to save ordering and payment information to retrieve for quicker checkout on future orders. Return customers save time by simply inserting their username and password and orders are saved for future reference.
We take your information very seriously. All payment and order information is transmitted over a secure server (SSL) authenticated by GoDaddy.com, Inc.
We ship worldwide! (& even to Canada!)
The method you choose for shipping (ie. USPS Priority, 1st Class Mail, UPS Ground, etc.) is your choice of method of shipment, not as a rush for processing.
Due to the nature of our family business, there are times when orders may take up to 10 days to ship because of family emergencies and the occasional spur-of-the-moment dream vacation getaway if Oprah ever calls. We truly appreciate your understanding in these situations.
If you have purchased an item that is shipped straight from the manufacturer (drop-shipped), your order will take 1-4 weeks for delivery. Custom orders will be handled on an individual basis based on the manufacturer turnaround time.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is available on all orders for an minimal cost added during checkout. If shipping insurance IS NOT SELECTED and your package doesn't arrive at your destination, we cannot be responsible for refunding or re-shipping your order.
If your order does not arrive and shipping insurance was not purchased, you must fax proof from USPS that your order was never shipped, and a refund or re-shipment will be sent to you.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you require your order to be shipped 'as soon as possible,' please chose an expedited shipping method, and indicate your need for ASAP shipping in the comments section of the order. You must also send us an email requesting expedited shipping.
NOTE: There may be times when expedited shipping is not available. Please contact us prior to ordering if speed of delivery is important.
Shipping charges are based solely on the weight of the product(s) purchased. Good for the Kids makes every effort to give you the lowest shipping prices possible. Think of the gas money you're saving!
To calculate shipping costs for your order, add items to your cart, enter the destination postal or zip code, then select your preferred shipping method, and click update cart.
Shipping and Sales Tax for customers shipping to Florida only are calculated at 6.5% and added to the total order at check out.
We are confident in the products we offer.
We also know there may be a reason for returning an item for any reason. Should you need to return for an unopened/unused item, please send the item(s) back to us along with a reason for exchange or refund. We will process your exchange or return once your item(s) are received.
Exchanges or refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. Items sent for return or exchange 30 days after YOUR the receipt of the item must be pre-approved. Send an email for return approval.

If you received a damaged item or an item that does not live up to your expectations, please contact the product manufacturer directly.
Tracking Your Order
You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information. You will also receive a tracking/shipment number via email when your package is prepared for shipment.
Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked with the UPS tracking number issued when the package is prepared for shipment.
USPS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRACKING: Orders shipped via USPS will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation number. This number can be used to verify the delivery of the package. It may be used find a general location of your package, but most times, the packages are not updated in the 'tracking' system until after the package is delivered. If your Delivery Confirmation number indicates that your package has not been picked up from us, or if the location is unknown, this does NOT mean that your package has not been shipped. It simply means that your package is in the USPS system. If it has been at least 7 mailing days since you've received your shipment notification email from Good for the Kids, and your package has not yet arrived, feel free to email us for more information regarding your order. USPS 1st Class International packages cannot be tracked.
Your privacy is important to us! Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you can create an account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only.
The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.
